SERVICES
 1.⁠ ⁠We offer spiritual consultations, including but not limited to tarot, mediumship, astrology consultations, and other spiritual or energetic services. Our services are designed to provide guidance and insights. We make no claims regarding specific outcomes or guarantees concerning personal or business situations.
 2.⁠ ⁠We are not medical professionals. Therefore, we advise you to continue visiting your doctor regularly for any health concerns and not to rely solely on our services.
 

PAYMENTS
 3.⁠ ⁠Payments for services must be made in full prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.
 4.⁠ ⁠Payments can be made via [payment methods, e.g., iDEAL, credit card].
 5.⁠ ⁠All prices are stated including VAT. The reader reserves the right to change the prices for services at any time.
 

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
6.⁠ ⁠After the booking is confirmed and payment for the service has been made, cancellation is not possible. However, understanding that unforeseen circumstances can occur, we offer alternatives as described below:
a) Transfer of Service: If you are unable to attend the scheduled service, it may be transferred to another person. The transfer must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date via WhatsApp or email. It is not permitted to transfer the service without timely communication within the stated timeframe.
b) Rescheduling: We do not offer rescheduling for services that have already been provided or for services where the cancellation and transfer conditions have not been met within the required timeframe. If you need to reschedule, please contact us within the required timeframe to discuss the available options.
c) Right of Withdrawal: According to European Union legislation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a specific date or within a set period, such as our scheduled services. This means that once payment and booking have been confirmed, the service cannot be cancelled or refunded.
d) Unforeseen Circumstances and Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as proven emergencies, we will assess each situation individually. We advise you to notify us as soon as possible of any unforeseen circumstances so we can work together to find the best possible solution.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
7.⁠ ⁠The Reader provides spiritual guidance and advice, but the ultimate responsibility for decisions and actions lies solely with the client.
8.⁠ ⁠We cannot take responsibility for the consequences of decisions made based on the insights received.
9.⁠ ⁠The Reader is not liable for any damage, loss, or inconvenience arising from the use of the services.

CONFIDENTIALITY
10.⁠ ⁠Any information shared with the Reader during the session will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.
11.⁠ ⁠However, there may be exceptions, such as in cases where the Reader is required by law to share information (e.g., in situations where someone’s safety is at risk).

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
12.⁠ ⁠Spiritual sessions are not a substitute for medical treatments or therapies. The Reader does not offer diagnosis or medical advice.
13.⁠ ⁠If you are under medical treatment or have psychological issues, it is advised to contact a doctor or healthcare professional before booking a session.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
14.⁠ ⁠All materials provided during the session, such as written documents, notes, or other personal insights, are the intellectual property of the Reader and may not be shared, copied, or reused without permission.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
15.⁠ ⁠The Reader reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on the website unless otherwise indicated.
16.⁠ ⁠It is the responsibility of the client to check these terms regularly for updates.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
17.⁠ ⁠In case of a dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue through consultation. If this is not possible, the dispute may be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

TIME
18.⁠ ⁠We would like to remind you to attend the meeting on time. If you join the appointment late, the time will be deducted from your scheduled session.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
19.⁠ ⁠In cases of verbal abuse, defamation, slander, or intimidation, the Reader reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement and take legal action.
