The first consultation is essential to understand your needs and provide personalized care. During this consultation, all the information necessary to assess your situation and establish a personalized plan is collected. The consultation lasts 1 hour and is conducted online via Google Meet. The Energy Frequency Cleansing removes negative energies, impurities and blockages that affect your vibrational balance. By balancing the chakras, stabilizing the aura and subtle bodies, your vibration will be elevated, allowing a deeper connection with levels of consciousness and spiritual expansion. An energy measurement of various areas of your life will also be performed, along with several vibrational measurements, where we can identify your current energetic and spiritual position, your personal blockages, imbalances, negative and karmic patterns and imbalances in the emotional, physical and spiritual fields. The objective of this complete analysis is to make the client aware of their obstacles and provide options for which therapeutic path to follow. PS: This service is performed remotely, with only the consultation being done in real time (online). WhatsApp will be our main means of communication, allowing you to receive the report, clarify doubts and monitor the progress of the service quickly and conveniently. If necessary, after the service is completed, we can make a brief call for alignment. The link will be sent at the scheduled time. Punctuality is essential: if the client arrives late, the time will be reduced. For example, if the appointment is scheduled for 4:00 pm and the person arrives at 4:30 pm, the session will only last 30 minutes. Cancellation Policy

Transferência de Serviço: Caso não possa comparecer, você pode transferir o serviço para outra pessoa, desde que informe com no mínimo 48 horas de antecedência por e-mail ou WhatsApp. Reagendamento: Não é possível reagendar serviços já realizados ou quando os requisitos de cancelamento ou transferência não forem cumpridos dentro do prazo estipulado. Direito de Arrependimento: Conforme a legislação da União Europeia, o direito de arrependimento de 14 dias não se aplica a serviços com data ou período específico. Após a confirmação do pagamento e agendamento, não há possibilidade de cancelamento ou reembolso. Imprevistos e Exceções: Em casos excepcionais, como emergências comprovadas, analisaremos a situação individualmente.
