In sensory reading communications, there are different ways of carrying them out.

 

-One of them is the activation of the sensory body, done through perception exercises. When we activate the cells of the body, the natural sensitivity of the human being awakens again, allowing him to feel the energies around him. Thus, it is possible to perceive and understand what is happening, even without using physical vision. The body itself begins to “read” the energies, being able to see beyond the eyes, even if they are closed.

 

-Another way is through electromagnetic sensory reading, which occurs through waves sent by people or beings at a distance, or who are in other dimensions. Animals also emit energy waves. When we learn to identify the energy signature of a being, it becomes almost impossible to confuse its identity. Each being in the universe has a unique energy, capable of moving between dimensions, from the densest to the most subtle. It is through this ability that communication is established between humans with low vibrational elevation and beings from higher dimensions.

 

-During our group meetings, we will train our perceptions so that, over time, we will develop the ability to contact beings of a higher vibration. Our course does not promise miracles. Here, we teach a natural and progressive path to safely reach this level of perception, which requires discipline and dedication. Each person has their own pace of development.

 

-We will do meditation and sensory perception exercises. We will exercise this field as if we were in a gym: strengthening this innate capacity of each one, developing autonomy and rescuing the natural sensitivity that belongs to us by essence.

 

-We will also learn how to breathe correctly, as breathing is one of the keys to sensory awakening.

 

-This course will feature the subtle guidance of Anele, who is part of the spiritual team that accompanies and guides my work. Her loving and wise presence will be one of the invisible pillars that support the meetings, offering guidance, insights and energetic alignments throughout the process. Anele will be at the forefront of the spiritual guidance of this course, helping each participant to access their own channels of perception and inner reconnection with greater confidence.
